Jason is a seasoned finance leader with 15 years of global experience spanning Financial Services and Manufacturing, with a dedicated focus on energy transition and offshore wind initiatives. As a CFA charterholder and expert in operational finance, M&A, and valuation, he delivers rigorous financial oversight and insight to support complex renewable projects. Jason’s strategic financial leadership ensures long-term value creation and resilience in evolving energy markets.

Margaret brings over two decades of experience leading complex, large-scale clean energy infrastructure projects across Africa and globally, championing social‑economic development programs—such as empowering women entrepreneurs and youth in Mauritania and Mauritania’s green hydrogen ecosystem. Based in Namibia, she also heads development for an African PtX portfolio, chairs the Namibian Green Hydrogen Association, and co‑leads a local consultancy supporting sustainable energy projects.

Philippe has over 15 years of experience in the renewables sector, including key roles at Alstom and GE, he brings deep expertise in commercial operations, risk management, and digital transformation. Philippe holds a master’s in Industrial Engineering from Arts et Métiers ParisTech and a master’s degree specialized in energy from Universidad Politécnica de Valencia.

Marc leads the Hydrogen & Derivatives initiative at CWP Global, spearheading ultra-large green hydrogen, ammonia, methanol, DME, SAF, and green metals projects worldwide. Since joining in early 2022, he has driven the development of multi‑gigawatt PtX and battery energy storage programs, leveraging extensive technical expertise acquired during his time working in insurance and renewables in Hong Kong and Europe. Based in Munich, Marc combines deep engineering insight with strategic project execution to advance global decarbonization efforts.

Adrian Haworth is a veteran energy industry executive with over 40 years of global experience. He is Chief Marketing Officer at Gazelle Wind Power, leading the promotion of its innovative floating offshore wind platform. He also founded Stratergy Ltd. to support energy and recycling start-ups. Formerly Sales & Marketing Director at Recycling Technologies Ltd., Adrian spent over three decades at GE Energy, where he held senior roles across engineering, operations, and marketing. His expertise spans CCGT, gasification, CHP, smart grids, solar, offshore wind, energy storage, and chemical recycling.

Josh has more than 25 years of professional experience spanning energy, risk analysis, stakeholder engagement and business development. He began his career as an intelligence analyst at the CIA and subsequently worked at Chevron Corporation, supporting major upstream energy projects globally, then at a major financial services company establishing a risk and intelligence capability. Josh has extensive experience building and advising start-up ventures, including in the areas of due diligence and political risk, supply chain technology, security technology and open source intelligence. He holds degrees from Stanford University and Tufts University

Mia Kovačić has over 10 years of experience leading communications and sustainability teams in energy and infrastructure fields. She has held leadership roles at Resalta, CWP Global and Lafarge. Mia is a passionate advocate for finding real and practical solutions for lowering greenhouse gas emissions, and dedicated to ensuring businesses and communities are well prepared for the net zero future. Educated in France and China, she holds degrees in political science and communications from Sciences Po Paris and Fudan University and speaks five languages.

Horst is a Professional Engineer in heavy-current electrical engineering from the University of Stellenbosch, bringing over 20 years of technical and leadership experience focused on power systems and grid infrastructure . He applies deep domain expertise to guide electrical design across clean-energy projects in Namibia and beyond—ensuring robust, compliant, and future-proof grid integration. His career spans diverse sectors and geographies, offering invaluable guidance on technical optimization and reliability for large-scale renewable developments.

With over 20 years of IT leadership, Dessislav currently driving transformation of core business systems and optimizing end-to-end operational workflows. He has a proven track record from roles at Globeleq, where he automated capital expenditure approvals and Telelink City to ContourGlobal, Starbucks Romania & Bulgaria, and Enel Maritsa East 3. Holding dual master’s degrees in Information Technology and Management Information Systems from Technical University Sofia and Stevens Institute of Technology, Dessislav blends strong technical acumen with process excellence.

Audrey is a global sustainability leader and strategist with a strong, 17+ year track record in the extractive and renewable energy sectors.  Audrey's focus is on operationalising environmental, social and governance risk management practices and integrating sustainability into decisions on corporate strategy, organisational design, stakeholder enagement and business development.  In addition to deep technical knowledge across the full suite of ESG issues, Audrey holds an MSc in Energy Policy and has built and implemented strategies for climate policy advocacy.
